سياسة التبديل والإرجاع

نحن في أرڤيرنا نسعى دائمًا لتقديم تجربة تسوّق مميزة ومنتجات بأعلى جودة. إذا لم تكوني راضية تمامًا عن أي منتج، يمكنكِ تبديله أو إرجاعه خلال 24 ساعة فقط من استلام الطلب.

شروط التبديل:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير ملبوس وغير مغسول.

  • يجب أن تكون جميع العلامات (التاغات) الأصلية مرفقة بالمنتج.

  • في حال استخدام كود خصم أو كان المنتج ضمن عروض التصفية، يعتبر البيع نهائيًا ولن يكون مؤهلًا للتبديل أو الاسترجاع.

سياسة الإرجاع:

يمكن إرجاع المنتج فقط في الحالات التالية:

  1. وجود عيب أو خلل في المنتج.

  2. اختلاف المنتج عن الصور أو الوصف.

  3. عدم رضاكِ عن المنتج.

  4. يتم قبول الإرجاع خلال 24 ساعة فقط من استلام الطلب، مع الالتزام بالشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

ملاحظات هامة:

  • في حال كان الإرجاع بسبب خلل أو خطأ من طرفنا، سنتكفّل بتكاليف الشحن كاملة.

  • في حال التبديل أو الإرجاع لأي سبب آخر، يتحمّل الزبون تكلفة التوصيل ذهابًا وإيابًا.

  • يرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء قبل إرسال المنتج للتبديل أو الإرجاع.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Arverna, we strive to provide you with a premium shopping experience and the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return it within 24 hours of receiving it.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.

  • All original tags must be attached to the product.

  • If a discount code was used or the item was purchased during clearance sales, the sale is final and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Policy:

A return is accepted only in the following cases:

  1. A defect or damage in the product.

  2. The product differs from the images or description.

  3. Dissatisfaction with the product.

  4. Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the above conditions are met.

Important Notes:

  • If the return is due to a defect or mistake from our side, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For exchanges or returns for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways.

  • Please contact our customer service team before sending back any item for return or exchange.
